These terms cover the website, not your project
Your project is governed by the written contract you sign, not by this page. Where the two differ, the contract controls. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
How to read the published prices
The prices on this site are genuine quoting ranges, stated per opening, supplied and installed, excluding HST. They are not a quotation for your project. Where a specific project falls within a range depends on opening size relative to standard, storey and access, retrofit versus brick-to-brick installation, and options such as exterior colour and grilles.
A written quotation issued after an estimate is the binding number. It holds for 30 days.
Rebates and third-party programmes
Rebate programmes described on this site are administered by third parties and their terms, amounts and deadlines change without notice to us. We describe them as accurately as we can and date the information, but eligibility for your specific project is confirmed at the time of your quote and ultimately determined by the programme administrator.
Building code, permit and heritage information
Information on this site about permits, heritage designations and the Ontario Building Code is provided to help you understand what a project may involve. It is not professional advice and municipal requirements change. We confirm the position for your specific address as part of the estimate, and you should not rely on this site alone in deciding whether approval is required.
The customer account
Access to the customer account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. Documents signed electronically through the account are valid under Ontario's electronic commerce legislation.
